The hotel was a comfortable place to stay during our short business trip. Although the decor is a bit dated, the staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious and quiet, ideal for resting after a long day. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options, which was a nice touch after the prior night’s meal experience at the hotel’s function.

All in all they offer brilliant service. Rooms are spotless with double bed, 40 inch TV which is a nice and cocktails-asked at Bar for cocktails, food is delicious. It has very nice employees. The location is great and easy, 2 km from Wensum Local Nature Reserve.

Terrible location based on Industrial Estate, and too far away from Norwich center. Rooms very tired - We had Mancroft Suite Room 35 - Very Dissapointing - Club bar constant football on TV's, watched by staying building contractors/louts swearing, and shouting at the screens. Arts Restaurant decor poor, and overpriced along with the quality of the fair on offer very poor, and well below average for the ridiculous prices ie: 8oz steak, half a tomato, a musroom, and fries £19.75! - Bar snack ie: club sandwich £10.75!/drink prices extortionate ie: can of Pesi Max £2.25 served in a can! Swimming pool tiny ie: 6 persons max - All in all, a terrible experience for both my wife, and I for our special break visiting friends.
This Hotel seriously need a wake up call, albeit the staff seemed very pleasant, and were constantly apologising to guests for one thing, or another. We asked for some extra pillows that arrived with no pillow cases as they never had any!

the staff were helpful in particular the breakfast staff
some parts of the hotel look in need of refurbishment, also the book and pay in in advance arrangement via Booked.net meant that we missed one night due to the snow and could not alter this

The room was clean and comfortable, room service was prompt and very friendly. All the staff took the time to say hello in the morning and they were happy to help in anyway, little things like ordering us a cab and giving my friend a toothbrush goes along way. A free breakfast was also provided for me and my partner even though our reservation excluded this.

The friendly staff, and the pool was a good surprise. The dated decor and noisy, non-opening windows detracted from overall comfort. Breakfast choices were repetitive, but the cleanliness was commendable, especially in the rooms.

Facilities (Swimming Pool, Jakuzi and Sauna) are good and Breakfast (quality of food) are fantastic
Reception Staff, who checked us in didn't smile to us. She is not friendly and even drinking her water when she was serving us. Tone of speaking was poor and unprofessional. Basically, most of the staff at the hotel need to be trained to smile and be friendly. Even waitress who served us for the breakfast didn't greet to us when we getting in the restaurant.

Amazing hotel with its free parking, reliable wi-fi, and friendly 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a city trip.
